Libraries Commission presents report

On Monday evening Lambeth Labour's cabinet officers heard the recommendations of their Libraries Commission. They also heard the views of Lib-Dem Jeremy Clyne and of various 'Friends of…' groups and their concerns over the 'Community Hub' plans.
