Lambeth Cabinet - final decision day for the Hub ???
UPDATED: Special Lambeth Cabinet Meeting about Hub redevelopment
At Streatham Action’s public meeting on 10th February, it was announced that Lambeth Council’s “Cabinet” will be deciding on the future of Lambeth’s involvement inthe Hub project in the light of a meeting of Tesco’s board meeting scheduled for a few days earlier.
The Tesco Board meets on Wednesday 17th March. The Lambeth team cannot make their recommendations until afterwards, and this will be too late to meet the publication deadline for the regular Lambeth Cabinet meeting on 22nd March, which we previously showed on our events calendar as the decision date.
Members of the leisure stakeholder group have been told that there will be
a special Cabinet meeting to consider the Streatham Hub report one week later,
on MONDAY 29th MARCH.
Proposed Venue: Room 8, Lambeth Town Hall, Brixton Hill.
Once the meeting agenda has been confirmed (expected to be a week before the meeting) we’ll post more details about any lobbying and about how to get to the meeting if you wish to.
