Welcome to Angelina Purcell - Streatham's new Town Centre Manager

This is a much-needed return to the commercial focus in the Town Centre Manager role, and Angelina’s background running Croydon’s Chamber of Commerce has to be a good thing.

Council hiring issues, and Streatham
Submitted by Lee Alley on Wed, 18/11/2009 - 21:48We’ve lost our Town Centre Manager already. The TCM was in post for about 10 weeks then abruptly left. There are many reasons for this but I wanted to point out what I believe to be the biggest reason from an insider’s standpoint - weak and frankly amateurish council policies that just don’t stand up to scrutiny in the real world by business people. ...read more
