Divatones

The Divatones are a soul / gospel / rock choir.

 

Meets at Streatham Leisure Centre fortnightly, 1-2.30 pm

​

The Divatones consists of around 20 members, all aged 60+, many in their 70's and even 80's and was formed initially for the wellbeing of its members.

We work with a backing track produced by our musical director, Frank Collins who is an experienced, well-respected, award winning musician and singer.

We perform at local care homes, for Age UK end users and other older adults groups in Lambeth.

Music has a powerful influence on people. It can boost memory, lighten mood, reduce anxiety and depression, stave off fatigue and improve response to pain.
