Carers4Carers are wellbeing specialists for unpaid carers, which will host an exciting group wellbeing programme for adult and young carers and their families living in and around the Streatham area.

 

Running over 12 weeks, Carers4carers will host a number of engaging events to improve the wellbeing of carers, including a History & Nature Walk around Streatham Common, an Allotment & Nutrition workshop, Introduction to Hand Massage and Essential Oils, Adult Health Checks and much more!
