Lambeth Asian Centre’s project aims to help older Black Asian Minority Communities get active and healthy for better mental and physical health. The weekly socials include chair-based Yoga and the provision of meals to 30 older Asian people.
These sessions support them to increase their physical and social activity and tackle sedentary lifestyles, whilst increasing their confidence for independent living and better health outcomes.
